Gourmet chef Gerd Kastenmeier and his team are working their magic exclusively for the Lounge Residenz am Zwinger.

We offer our special services to you on your personal request – so that you can enjoy the maximum freedom when making your arrangements.

The reception team of the Residenz am Zwinger is there for you every day between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

But you can also book all offers conveniently directly from your apartment. To do so, you are provided with a tablet PC. Via the tablet, we will also provide you with current information and tips for your stay in Dresden.

Food and beverages:

Shopping service before arrival: We will fill the fridge according to your wishes already before you arrive.

Pastry service: We are very happy to deliver fresh pastries every day directly to your apartment door.

Tips and tickets:

Concierge service: We will be happy to assist you in organising your trip to Dresden and the vicinity.

Ticket service: Would you like to go to the Semperoper or are you planning a visit to the theatre? We will readily organise tickets for you!

Wellness and recreation:

Many apartments have their own whirlpool and some are even equipped with a sauna.

Living and cleaning:

No shopping stress: A first basic stock of cleaning agents will already be there by the time you arrive in the apartment.

Laundry-change and apartment cleaning is possible at all times for a fee, and is coordinated individually with you.

Laundry service: Ironing shirts, cleaning clothes – we will take care of it!
